How do I request more development time?

Do you recommend hosting providers?
You can use whatever hosting company you wish, but, obviously some are better than others. We have used more than I care to remember, but several companies have earned our respect and we personally can recommend them. Find out more here…
What login credentials do I need to provide for your services?
We need your WordPress admin, FTP or cpanel and SSH access.
There are several methods for sharing this sensitive information and we take the security of your credentials seriously.
Once you sign up we will guide you in sharing your credentials.
How do I know my credentials are secure?
We credentials are kept in an encrypted vault with multiple layers of security. It is where we keep our own sensitive information. We also recommend using www.onetimesecret.com for sharing infromation.
Does Totalwpcare.com support multi-site WordPress installs?
Multi-site is a wonderful way to manage websites, however, we have found that there are so many unique setups and variables that we do not support multi-site installs.
How can I find my hosting control panel login?
The easiest way is to check the email you received when you bought hosting. Otherwise, you can contact support at your hosting company. You can also access your login page from www.yourdomain.com/cpanel.
How often can I use the Support Desk?
The Support Desk is a way to field questions. If it is simple we can quickly answer, if it is complicated it moves to the Development department. Use it as often as you need to, just don’t abuse it.
Can you remove malware and get my site’s warning removed?
Nobody likes seeing their site blacklisted. Removing malware and keeping your site clean is something we excel at. Our malware exterminator specialist loves finding the last bit of infection and destroying it.
Once it is clean we monitor it daily and keep it that way. We use Securi, the industry standard for malware protection.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee our work. Use our service for 30 days and if you are not satisfied, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days refunds are prorated for the remaining time left in the month.
What happens if my site crashes when it is updated?
If your site breaks due to an update we will immediately fix it, if it is for an obvious and known issue. For example some third party plugins may not be up-to-date and can cause problems.
If we are unable to fix the problem within one hour we will provide you with a cost estimate to get your site up and running again.
How can I be a better person?
Good question! Everyone should be asking this everyday. Probably the simplest method is to follow the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That covers almost everything between people.
